Missing localization "Expand" in row expander

Hi,

I found out that there is one tooltip missing localization ability in Grid's row expander button.

Looks like it can be reproduced on your example too:

1. Go to https://www.bryntum.com/products/grid/examples/rowexpander/
2. Change the localization to Russia for example
3. Hover mouse on the row expander toggling button, the tooltip text is still in english
