Avatar clipped when hovered

When the cursor hovers an avatar on a TaskBoard card, the circle for the avatar is enlarged. Unfortunately the top of the circle seems to be clipped when this happens. There seems to be sufficient padding below the avatar but not above.

I was able to reproduce the same on the Bryntum website demos, e.g. https://bryntum.com/products/taskboard/examples/column-toolbars/
