Unable to access the Bryntum Gantt tool within projects.

Hello, 

I am trying to access the Bryntum Gantt tool within projects and I am being hit with the below error.
It seems to be a user permission as it works for people but doesn't work for others.

These are the version details:

Odoo Enterprise version 16
Gantt view pro enterprise version 16.02.0.8

What do you mean by people? are these the internal users in the odoo?

IT works for admin users with full permissions but not for slightly more restricted users. We know therefore it is permissions related but cannot narrow down exactly what permission is the cause

Yes I mean internal users.

I am an admin in Odoo when I try to use the Bryntum Gantt chart it shows me the error I attached above and other non-admin internal users are getting the same error too.

While another admin is able to use the grant chart without having errors. It is suspected to be related to Permission and access rights on Odoo but I don't know the particular permission to give myself and users so they can be able use the bryntum gantt chart tool.

Yes Exactly. I am trying to find the right permission to give to users so that can be able to use the Bryntum Gantt chart.
