You download this directly from Odoo, just like usual.

I already have it installed on Odoo already and I am trying to know how I can get the latest updated features functional. if i click on the upgrade option does it upgrade and get the latest features functional? please the screenshot below

I believe so yes, it's maybe better to ask Odoo support about this as this app store is not ours.
