Error monitoring tool for recording videos & screenshots of user sessions
I still get the Max video sessions reached even though I have a subscription and I'm the only one that looks at the videos. So I'm unsure how to open up sessions or how many I have.
You see this warning in the Dashboard UI or on the console when using your app?
On the root cause web app and when you open a logged error, it has Details, Watch Video and Timeline.

This video was from Feb 5th, your paid Startup plan started Feb 12th. Are you still seeing this message in new recordings after you upgraded?
I haven't gotten any new errors since the upgrade to check. I upgraded to get the retention and remove the limits on video sessions. I take it the limits are tied to the error and not the account?
Limits are imposed when the error is recorded yes, if it's exceeded when error happens it won't be viewable I'm afraid.
