How to change column tooltip value dynamically in angular taskboard?

Please find the video attached to understand the issue of screen disappers for 1 sec after dropping the task card from first column to second column. This issue get resolved if 'useDomTransition' removed from HTML markup.

I tried toggling useDomTransition but wasn't able to reproduce it. Could you please provide a runnable test case so we replicate the issue and debug it?

A test runnable test case will boost up the assistance.
