Assigned Resources Bryntum Gantt tool on Odoo

You can assign resources to a task on the Bryntum Gantt tool. However, if I then revert back to the Kanban view, the assignee still appears to default to the individual who created the task. You can change it manually, but that's obviously not great. More worryingly, you can manually change the assignee on the Kanban view and it doesn't change the assignee on the Bryntum Gantt view.

Odoo Enterprise version 16
Gantt view pro enterprise version 16.02.0.8

Please can anyone help?

I have created a ticket for this issue on GitHub https://github.com/bryntum/odoo-support/issues/124.I will fix this and update the app version.

We download the Bryntum Gantt App from the Odoo App Store. What code do you mean, please see the Screenshot below.
