Can i change behavior of end date to be included in duration calculation?
i know in dock it says startDate <= date < endDate.
but maybe there is a way to change that?

Try to use time in your dates. If you will set Feb 2 23:59, it will include 24 hours of that day. In case you set Feb 2 00:00, the day won't be included
