If you expected to have different behaviour for same event - blur - you'll need to add your own logic in focusOut handler.
Built-in - it might be commit or cancel action. To commit in that case you'll have to use Enter.
it's not possible to change other fields like the name for example.
Please demonstrate what you meant, step by step.
