Locked Rows Duplicates

Hi,

I just posted something similar but this might be a different issue. I hope it is okay that I create a new thread in case it is different. Here I copy from the normal rows to the locked rows. I am unsure what happens here:

With respect for your time, I will not create further threads around this issue but mention that cutting (Ctrl+X) is also giving unexpected behavior.
