We have just had our Odoo partner update us to the latest version 16.0.2.0.8, we are using Odoo Enterprise V16.
On install and proven on a blank test instance, they have the following issues:
The config for the module has Auto scheduling and User assignment checked, and Readonly projects and Save WBS values unchecked.
When we open a project in the Bryntum Gannt view, setting a start date on an existing task that has no start date or duration set, it gives an error of:
"Server response: One parameter is missing to use this method. You should give a start and end dates."
With User assignment checked in the config, it's supposed to use users as the base resource. However, when trying to set the assigned resource, it shows both users and employees in the dropdown. If you assign a User and an Employee and refresh the page, it only shows the Employee as being assigned to the task. If only a user is set as the resource, nothing is saved and the task remains unassigned.
The module only seems to allow for Employees to be assigned to a task and attempts to completely replace the base Odoo "Assignees" field with its own "Employees" field which leads to incompatibility with other modules/developments.
I would appreciate comments and feedback on these issues.
