Copy - Removes tags but adds project_id

Hi Team,

when copying and inserting workpackages in bryntum gantt it does not copy the original's tag_ids.

On the other hand the newly created workpackages all have the project_id, which leads to all subtasks showing up in the project's views.

As we have several levels of subtasks this results in a lot of adiditional manual cleaning work.

I'd be grateful for a fix.
