[REACT] Segmented events turn into milestones with set timeZone

Hi!

Looks like segments turn into milestones if you apply a time zone to the scheduler.

Can be easily reproduced here: https://bryntum.com/products/schedulerpro/examples/split-events/

By setting timeZone: "Asia/Tokyo".

Any workaround if possible would be appreciated.
