Error monitoring tool for recording videos & screenshots of user sessions
Hello!
We're unable to access the RootCause app - we’re getting a 500 error: "Whoops, looks like something went wrong."
This issue has persisted for nearly a week. I submitted a message via https://therootcause.io/contact/ last week but haven’t received a response.
Could someone please look into this?

It's an issue with a database server at our cloud provider, currently investigating and trying to get it back online. Sorry for the inconvenience, we'll do our best to get it back up asap.
