Hello,
We have just acquired Gantt View PRO. It has been integrated into our database by our a certified integrator. Here is the message we have just received from him :

Good evening,
The module has been uploaded to your server and activated in your database.
However, an error has been detected that prevents the Gantt view from opening.
As a first step, it is recommended to contact the author to have the error corrected and to send the     corrected module. (Error log attached).
To send it to the author, there is a button below the module order line. (See screenshot).

Hi ceta,

Thank you for reporting the error.

Are you on the latest Gant View Pro version --> Version 18.0.1.0.5?
If no, can you update to that and try again?

Yes the right version was installed : 18.0.1.0.5 !

Thank you for the reply and information.

Could you please share the full error log? You can also send it in to odoosupport@bryntum.com.
That way, we can hopefully trace the point to where something broke before the BryntumGantt view could load.

Hi Youssef, I have sent you an email via support. It is better to continue there because we will need logfiles and those could contain sensitive information.
