Premium support for our pure JavaScript UI components
Hi Bryntum,
We are currently trying to adopt the CycleResolutionPopup to use when there is a cyclical dependency within Gantt.
However, we are experiencing problems with it and when testing it out on the Bryntum Salesforce Demo it appears to make Gantt freeze/break when a cycle is created and the popup is used.
Attached is a video demonstrating the issue - Gantt "freezes" when a cycle is created and happens when ANY resolution option is used.
In our own code we are experiencing an issue where if we select the "Cancel and Revert changes option" it still makes the breaking change which creates the cyclical dependency, perhaps these issues are related?
This is an urgent issue that we need fixing as soon as possible as it's blocking the adoption of this feature for us. We have instances where cyclical dependencies are being loaded into gantt and it is causing it to break and "freeze" straight away.
Thanks in advance.

Hi,
This issue is a critical blocker for our team as cyclical dependency issues breaking Gantt are being raised by our customers and we would like to be able to resolve them.
Is there any update on the timeline for this being addressed?

Hi there,
We are requesting an update as this is still a major issue for us.
Thanks.
Hi there,
We understand that and we have already marked this as a blocking issue for the next release i.e. 6.3.4. PR is already under review. Hopefully we will get it merged soon.
