[VUE 3] NPM Classic token deprecation

I'm unable to access the premium boards even though I'm logged in with my organization email, so I apologize if this should've been somewhere else other than here.

Do we need to be concerned with this notice from npm?

Are the token's used to access the private registry a classic token?
