Bottom toolbar border styling issue

Hello there!

I noticed a small glitch in bottom toolbar border styling: corners are rounded where I think they shouldn't be.

Go to Panel documentation page, open code editor on the Live Demo widget, add border:true to the bbar config.

Is this intentional or is this a bug?
