Which version of MS Project do you use? We also need more details on the dataset to reproduce this or steps how this can be reproduced.
Like 1) make a task, 2) assign a resource etc. No need for many tasks I think.

Hi,
Currently i am using: Microsoft® Project® Online Desktop Client MSO (Version 2302 Build 16.0.16130.20298) 64-bit
I have used your site to reply that and I have completed the task with duration and resources and it works as I show in the follow link

But when I define task without resource and with duration the export option change its as milestines (zero duration) in to MS Project, I think it should be a issue

Well export feature doesn't change durations itself. It's just MS Project treats the exported data the way it wants.
The data model of the Gantt is a bit different than the MS Project has. And we just don't provide all the data MS Project needs apparently.
So this happens for tasks without assignments - ok. And what scheduling mode do they use? This can be checked on the "Advanced" tab on the task editor.
