Hi all,

I originally posted about this issue through my company's premium support account. You can find that thread here.

I then sent an email to marcio after they kindly responded, asking them to investigate the attached error log and source files for the exact errors that I was receiving (and hadn't managed to fix myself already).

I have now attached these files to this post in the hope that it will bring more attention to my issue and result in a faster solution for everyone who is potentially affected.
