Hi Tasnim,
The renderer method you have suggested only populate the Date value after the selection. I was looking to populate the field with Start Date ( Task Name) same as we show in the dropdown.

That is a demo method that you can change to have result you want. I am not sure what problems you faced while adding task name to result string, together with startDate. Please share your code version and explain your problem, we will try our best to help you.
