How do I control the horizontal virtual scroller that shows up in the scheduler?

How do I remove them but still have the scheduler horizontally scrollable via touch/tap.
How do I control their styling / reduce the width etc?

Also, how do I make the splitter between resource and the timeline non stretchable? I don't want the users to drag the columns in the scheduler.

What's "their"? You mean the scrollbars?
