Our pure JavaScript Scheduler component

Post by kellydev »

Hello,

We would like to put a row across all our resources, similar to the way it is done for ResourceUtilization: https://bryntum.com/products/schedulerpro/examples/resourceutilization/

However, rather than showing the number of events per cell, we want to customize this number. How can we achieve this?

Thanks,
Kelly

Hi,

Could you please show an image with annotating of what you are referring to?
Maybe you can check this demo https://bryntum.com/products/scheduler/examples/booking/

Please see example here: https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/1nUaI9ZFh47u1Re88Ec01qVUBxuyDYqztj4Uobg4O7fg/edit?usp=sharing

We basically want some frozen rows where we can populate a value in.

The thing that is missing in the booking example is the ability make it a separate section the way ResourceUtilization can.

This feature is not supported yet.

This will be available in the 6.00 alpha release

Here is a demo gif

Thanks - 2 questions then

1) what is the best way to achieve close to what I want (putting a custom number in a cell, having at the top or bottom of the rest of the resources)

2) when will 6.00 alpha be released?

When will 6.00 alpha be released

Hi,

1) You can use https://bryntum.com/products/schedulerpro/docs/api/Scheduler/feature/ResourceTimeRanges feature to render custom numbers in cell as done in the booking demo https://bryntum.com/products/scheduler/examples/booking/

Added an FR ticket for Resource Utilization https://github.com/bryntum/support/issues/8655

2) We're hoping to get 6.0.0 alpha 1 out in 1-2 weeks

Best of luck :),
Tasnim

Thanks -

Do you have a recommended way to keep a row at the top (doesn't have to be "fixed") in the meantime?
