[REACT] Task PercentDone tooltip not functioning properly

Hi everyone,

I am facing an issue with Bryntum Gantt. When dragging percentDone indicator of a task the tooltip is only visible for as long as my mouse hovers over the task while dragging as I leave the task boundary the tooltip disappears.

The tooltip should be visible for as long as I am holding the percentDone Indicator.
