css style clash with row re-ordering and dirty markers

Hello Bryntum

There seems to be an issue with the row reordering feature and dirty markers where the drag handle is not displayed on dirty cells.

You can reproduce it on this demo
https://bryntum.com/products/grid/examples/rowreordering/
Add showDirty: true to the grid config and then edit a cell in the Name column, you will see the drag handle disappear in that edited cell.
