Siesta: EventRecorder: Export / Import recorded test plans

Generating the code for a recorded test plan is a way to export the recording but there is no way to import it to make some modifications. It would be cool if we could record, save the recording to a CSV, JSON, or XML file, and import an old one to make modifications.
