Siesta: Default expanded and unexpanded folders

I have some folders in my harness that I'd like to keep unexpanded and some, just from ease of use, to keep expanded. It would be useful if there was a way to set this by default within the group settings of Harness.start()

Yes, groups supports the "expanded" config. Also, as of version 3, groups should remember their collapse/expand status.
